A simple water lily tincture of locally wild harvested white water lily rhizomes (nymphaea odorata) extracted with 40% grain alcohol. That’s it, pure and simple. The rhizomes of Nymphaea odorata are the primary part used in Native American traditional medicine. Water lily rhizomes are antibacterial, astringent, demulcent, anti-inflammatory, and internally cooling and moisturizing. The tincture can soothe inflamed mucous membranes, gastrointestinal issues, respiratory issues, menstrual issues, uterine issues, and STI symptoms. Standard dosage is 1-2 droppers full up to 3 times per day. Safe to use as a tonic herb.
