Blue Vervain Tincture

A simple alcohol tincture of fresh, flowering blue vervain herb (verbena hastata) from the shop’s garden using the folk tincture method. That’s it, pure and simple. Blue vervain tincture can be used to help with anxiety, stress, frayed nerves, irritability, headaches, pms, menopause symptoms, muscle pain, nerve pain, arthritis pain, coughs, cough headaches, colds, sore throats, inflammation of the gums, and help falling asleep.

Contains: 40% grain alcohol and the flowering tops of blue vervain.

Safety: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use if you are on hormone therapy or blood pressure medication. Do not use if taking medications changed by the liver. Do not combine with other sedative medicines. It is best used for 2-3 weeks at a time, not long-term.
