Blue Vervain Seeds

Blue Vervain (verbena hastata) is a wetland wildflower native to North America growing in swamps and along freshwater shorelines that is ideal for the soggier parts of a garden with poor drainage or for garden ponds and bogs. The beautiful purple flowers are valued in gardens for attracting native pollinators and wildlife. Blue Vervain is used as a nervine and sedative herb in traditional medicine as well as a dream herb by Native Americans.
