A full spectrum alcohol and water extraction of chaga blended with raw cacao bean, buckwheat honey, and maple syrup. The chaga was sustainably harvested from birch forests in Eastern Canada, the alcohol base is best brandy, the buckwheat honey is local and the maple syrup is too.

Chaga, a fungus which grows only on birch trees, is known for it's abilities as an adaptogen and tonic. It can be used to boost the immune system and restore harmony to the body's systems. Chaga is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral in extract form. Alas, it does not cure cancer, but it does show serious promise in helping to manage diabetes and high cholesterol.

An elixir is a medicinal herbal tincture sweetened with honey. My Mary Poppins’ philosophy has always been to make my herbal medicines as delicious as possible to ensure that they are used. Medicinal mushrooms are very safe medicine. You cannot over dose on medicinal mushrooms like some herbs - they are both edible and medicinal. This being said if you are pregnant or on multiple medications you should consult your health care practitioner before use.

Add to your coffee, hot chocolate, chaga tea, chocolate or baking confections, pour over ice cream, or simply mix it with cream and sip it with a big grin on your face. Chaga and maple already taste like chocolate together, but add some exotic cacao beans and it really pushes this elixir into the darkly delicious zone.
