Behind the scenes of Bane Folk is a real garden of poisonous and medicinal plants. We grow as many of our own herbs as we are able in our cold climate with its short growing season. The garden is also where we do botanical research, breed rare nightshade plants, and do our best to help preserve seed biodiversity.
In 2018 we grew over a dozen different species of medicinal nightshades. In 2019 we hope to increase that amount and have been donated a green house. In the coming years we hope to offer seeds and live plants within Canada.
